Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information HamoonTech collects when you use hamoontech.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We are a web design and development studio based in Sacramento, California.

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you type into it: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the type of project you are interested in, your current website address, and anything you write in the message field. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work.

If you email us directly instead, we keep that correspondence for the same purpose.

Information collected automatically

We do not run analytics or tracking on this site. There are no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts following you between pages or across other websites.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, as essentially all web hosts do. These record the pages requested, the time, and the visiting IP address, and exist for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

If we add analytics in future, we will update this page before turning it on, and note the change on the homepage.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Web3Forms, which delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox.
• Our hosting provider, which processes standard server logs including IP addresses.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

Inquiry details are kept for up to two years so we can follow up and maintain a record of who we have spoken to. Client project records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to inquiry and client information to those who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold.

Your rights in California

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you and why.
• Request a copy of that information.
• Request that we correct information that is inaccurate.
• Request that we delete it, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email hey@hamoontech.com and we will respond within 45 days.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the homepage.
