Using this site

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting.

Our content

All text, design, code, graphics, and logos on this site are owned by HamoonTech unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use requires our written permission.

Information on this site

We keep the information here accurate and current, but we provide it for general guidance only. Prices, timelines, and package inclusions shown on this site are estimates for typical projects and are not a binding offer. The price and scope for your project are the ones set out in the written proposal and agreement we sign with you.

How projects work

Every project is governed by a separate written agreement. In summary, and subject to that agreement:

• We provide a fixed price and scope in writing before work begins.
• Payment is 50% on acceptance and 50% on launch, unless agreed otherwise.
• You approve the design before the final balance becomes due.
• If you are not satisfied with the first design concept, your deposit is refunded.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately as a change order.
• Ownership of the finished site transfers to you on final payment.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of content and images you supply, and for holding the rights to use them.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party sites and uses third-party services such as analytics and form handling. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of services we do not control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by California law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HamoonTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability relating to project work is addressed in the project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
